GAUSS INK is an innovative paste-based metal material for 3D printing. Formulated with metal particles or powder in paste form, it enables precise reproduction of desired designs. Supplied in small syringe containers for easy material swapping, it offers high versatility by allowing various metal types to be printed from a single printer.

GAUSSInk — Metal 3D Ink

GAUSSInk is a paste-type printing material formulated from metal powder and binder. Supplied in 30 ml syringe cartridges, it makes material changeover simple — a single machine can run multiple metals interchangeably.

Stainless steel (SUS316L), copper, nickel, titanium, aluminum, iron and tungsten are supported, and custom alloy inks can be produced on request.

  • Extrusion diameter can be adjusted by fitting a needle suited to the application.
  • Low shrinkage during sintering minimizes cracking and deformation.
