No. Inks are shipped at an optimized viscosity. If unused for a long period, gently shake for about 1 minute to homogenize.
Shelf life is 24 months from the manufacturing date. After opening, we recommend use within 2 days to maintain quality. Depending on storage conditions, reuse after opening may not be possible.
Stainless steel ink is available now, and copper, titanium, nickel, iron, and tungsten inks are in preparation. We also provide custom metal inks upon request depending on customer demand.
Wear protective gloves, wipe with absorbent pads, and dispose of as directed. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
Follow the guided steps in User Mode, run the material extrusion test, then load your design file to start printing.
Replace the needle installed on the syringe with a new one. If left unsealed at room temperature for a long time, the metal ink may have solidified.
Check the nozzle test, barrel/chamber temperatures, design file, and print speed. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
After use, regularly clean any residual materials that may have detached inside the printer.
No special procedure is required. Start the printer following the standard steps and run a print test.
Yes. For bank transfer, a cash receipt can be issued. Business customers can receive a tax invoice by entering their business registration number on the order form.
For 3D printers, we will guide you through payment options when you request a quotation. For consumables and ink materials, 2–6 month interest-free installments are available for orders over KRW 50,000 (policies vary by card issuer).
After we confirm your order details through consultation, please send your business registration certificate to the assigned manager’s email. We will then issue the quotation.
3D printers are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once ordered. For inks and accessories, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (round-trip shipping costs borne by the customer). After installation/use, partial refunds or exchanges may be provided following product inspection.
For small accessories, shipping is free for single orders over KRW 200,000. For 3D printers, an installation fee may apply depending on the region; we will inform you at the quotation stage.
